5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Addendum supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of TrueHelpUS.ORG and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).
